The Associated Prevailing Wage Contractors, Inc.(APWC) was a national nonprofit association designed to serve the needs of people in the construction and services industries who participated in federal, state or local projects covered by prevailing wage laws. The APWC ceased operations April 1, 2005.  The Fringe Benefit Group is now the source for information on fringe benefit plans, compliance assistance, construction industry legislation and other issues associated with projects built (or maintained) under the Davis-Bacon Act, Service Contract Act or state prevailing wage laws.
